SHIPPING POLICIES
Currently our shipping is accomplished using FedEx, LTL Freight, and our own fleet of trucks. On all items that require either our own trucks or another freight carrier, it is marked call to order. Occasionally if you have a very large order, instead of a shipping price, it will display a call for shipping cost. In that case, you have two choices. If it is during business hours, go ahead and call us and we can help you finish the order or go ahead and pay and we will call you with the additional amount you need to pay for shipping.
On Monday through Friday (with the exception of holidays), we have a daily FedEx pickup of packages. As a general rule of thumb, please allow us three business days to get your order pulled and shipped. If your order is placed prior to 2 PM during our business week (Monday through Friday except for certain holidays), we will make every effort to see that it will be shipped the same day. However, due to fluctuations in volume there will be times when it takes two - three days to get your order processed.
If you place an order for an item(s) that is currently not in stock, we will contact you via email and/or telephone and let you know that the item is currently on back order and how long it will take to restock it. We then need to know whether or not you want other items to go ahead and ship or wait for this part to arrive. In some cases, we can direct ship to you from our supplier and you will be informed if this is possible.
Once we have shipped an order, the tracking number will be recorded so that you can check it when logged in to your account on this site.
