Q1: How soon after an order will my items be shipped?
A1: All orders placed before 2 PM EST on Monday through Friday will be shipped out the same day unless there is a shortage of stock. In which case, you will receive a call and/or email letting you know that the item is currently back ordered and give the option of shipping your other items or holding them until the missing item is received in-house. In some cases, we can drop ship directly from our supplier to you. Please see our Shipping Policy Page for more details.
Q2: Do you have a comprehensive list of the manufacturers for whose equipment you can supply parts?
A2: We do. While comprehensive, there are still other companies for whom we can get parts that are not listed plus if there is a piece of equipment for which you need a part and we don't have a supply chain yet, we want to know about it. So please, call us even if you don't see the manufacturer on this list.
Q3: I can't get through to you on your main number, 704-629-0000. Is there an alternate phone number?
A3: Yes, if for any reason you can't reach us at that number, please try 704-445-1121 or 704-445-1120. If neither of these numbers gets through there has probably been a power outage or other catastrophe.
